I’m Kris Prochaska, a soul strategist, existential psychotherapist, and Human Design alchemist. I help people decode their design, understand the mechanics of their being, and bring compassionate awareness to their patterns so they can make new choices, shift their behavior, and integrate transformational experiences, whether through psychedelics, spiritual awakenings, or the simple act of finally feeling seen.
